Typically up to 7 working days for Balcony, 10 for Terrace, 14 for Garden.

We use AI-assisted image tools to create the visual concept — but the plant selection, placement, and expertise behind it come from our garden designer, not the AI. The visualisation is a stylised concept image, not a precise, to-scale photo edit — exact implementation details are covered in the written placement guidance.
